Spring Cleaning
From 10 am onwards: Taking care of the spring that gives us water, the pool and its surroundings, together with volunteers from the Pathway Circle and the Global Youth Service Day and with the support of the Nature and Parks Authority. Meet at Ein Haniya Spring.
Night Gathering
From 7 pm onwards: Sharing circle with the Pathway Circle pilgrimage group. On Abed's land.
Working Day
Between 9 am - 6 pm: A whole day of activities, such as: building a sitting area, completing the water-hole cover, preparing the ground for sowing, eating together, drinking and merry making, in collaboration with volunteers from the Global Youth Service Day initiative. Hanukkah and the recent Olive Harvest are a good reason for a fair of local homemade and homegrown organic food, soaps, olive oil and other hand made goods from Palestine and Israel. Different multicultural performances and fireside coffee are guaranteed. From 12 noon till sundown at Ein Haniya.

A preparation for the camp on the shores of the Red Sea. Children from different nations throughout the world are going to meet new friends and colleagues from other nations, share their unique qualities, and receive encouragement and support for the creative expression of these qualities to the benefit of the Middle East and the entire world.

This is the second year that we from a spiral by walking from the Mount of Olives up to the Temple Mount and then down to the Valley of the King, where the spiral of rocks from last year's ceremony still stands. Later in the evening we will connect with the worldwide solstice ceremony. See the ceremony of 2003.

Come and enjoy a concert by Musicians for Peace, a taste of TransFair coffee and an open discussion about introducing fair trade to Jerusalem & Israel. Looking behind the scene, tracing the way of a coffee bean from the tree to the cup, shows the conditions the conventional trade impressed on workers in developing countries... and introducing a worldwide initiative that goes the alternative way: direct trade, long term contact, guaranteed minimum base price independent from stock markets, access to credits, social and environmental improvements of farms, small scale production, democratic management, transparency in administrative processes, values based on solidarity, political independence, sustainable development.
